Eric S. Wei
Eric Wei, a founder of the Firm and its managing partner, specializes in the representation of both public and private companies in the defense of regulatory, corporate, commercial, and intellectual property litigation matters. He also regularly counsels clients on internal investigations, corporate governance, compliance reviews, and crisis management. Previously he was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University and practiced at one of the top firms in New Jersey. Mr. Wei is a graduate of Bates College and Seton Hall University where he concentration in Health Law. He also served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, Assignment Judge, New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Wei who has a great love for the opera, serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Opera.

Max Fuchs
Maksim Fuchs specializes in immigration law and general litigation. He has practiced in New York and is currently a contract attorney with the firm of Stull, Stull & Brody that deals with large scale class action securities and ERISA litigation. Mr. Fuchs is fluent in Russian.

Vladimir de Franceschi
Vladimir de Franceschi is a corporate and securities attorney with over 15 years of experience providing business and legal advice to issuers on their debt and equity private offerings.
Vladimir is experienced in entity formation, private capital market financing and private debt offerings, as well as commercial debt facilities, joint-venturing, corporate restructuring and merger and acquisition transactions. He has represented issuers in a variety of industries, including fund management companies and their funds. Vladimir has represented or negotiated opposite a range of high net worth, corporate and institutional investors on domestic and cross-border equity investments, such as, Mitsui Global, Essar Group, United Health Group, Shenzhen Hepalink, LYFE Capital, ePlanet Capital, KPBC, Sequoia and DFJ, totaling more than $500Mil in early- and growth-stage investments.
Vladimir previously practiced corporate and securities law at the Venture Law Group, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Baker & McKenzie and De Franceschi & Boray (a law firm he founded in 2010 and sold in 2014). Before practicing law, Vladimir was an international consumer marketing researcher, a strategic business planner for Sony’s engineering and manufacturing operations for the Americas and CEO of a legal services startup.

Maxim A. Kogan
Maxim Kogan has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. Mr. Kogan regularly counsels founders and boards of directors on corporate governance, and matters affecting corporate policy and strategy.
Mr. Kogan previously practiced law with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a premier global law firm in New York and London, where he represented domestic and international companies, boards and financial advisors in connection with a broad range of strategic transactions in the technology, finance, entertainment and life sciences industries, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, investments, joint ventures, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Kogan also served as legal counsel at the Global Fund, where he structured, drafted and negotiated agreements with governments, UN agencies, NGOs, development banks, private-sector partners and foundations, pharmaceutical companies, and others.
Mr. Kogan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations, a Master of Science degree in Comparative Politics from London School of Economics and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School.

Richard E. Stiek
Richard Stiek represents construction company clients in their transactional and litigation matters. He also has significant experience defending liability matters, specifically in construction accident, premises liability and auto accident. In addition, Mr. Stiek has experience in coverage counsel and litigation.
Richard is a graduate of Seton Hall Law University School of Law, Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, and the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He served in the US Army as an artillery officer from his graduation from West Point in 1996 to 2001.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Stiek serves on the Boards of several not-for-profit charities, including The Armed Forces Reserve Family Assistance Fund, the West Point Society of New York, and the Long Island MacArthur Memorial Fund (LIMAC Fund). He is also active in the admissions department of the United States Military Academy and its alumni programs.
